Thanksgiving Weekend 2013

  • Hope everyone survived the Thanksgiving food coma! Are people willing to run in Hannibal tomorrow? I am going to see Sister Act at the Fox and need to leave for that. If not, I can run in Quincy, just will skip breakfast. I don't know what mileage people are thinking. Somewhere between 6 & 10 for me. Karen will you be joining us for a few at the end.   • I was thinking an ambitious 7 for me, running the last 2 with Karen (woohoo!!) Hannibal is good with me obviously, what's e everyone else think? 7:30 start time? Angie

  • Hannibal is fine for me. I was thinking 10 too, though I pulled a muscle at cross fit and wasn't able to run today. I guess I can walk back to Java Jive if it gives me problems. Cindy and Cheryl, do you want to ride together?

  • Jean, let's meet at Java Jive at 7 and get in 3 before we meet everyone at 7:30. We can do an flat, easy out and back. Not sure of the route after that but Angie and I will get something figured out! Jeri

  • Jean -I will take my own car as depending on when we get done I may need to head back shortly as I have somewhere to be. Cheryl you are more than welcome to ride with me but not able to stay long.

  • I suggest we wear our sole sister shirts tomorrow as one of our layers, maybe after our run we can do a photo op!!

  • who's ready to freeze their **s off tomorrow? ! I'm planning on running 5 before the race, and then the fun, fun, run. 8:30 at the mall? there is a costume contest, any great ideas......

  • Sorry no costume ideas. I just want to stay warm. How about we meet at the fountain court around 8:30 to pick up our timing chip then run. That should put us back in time to start but not so early we get too cool before we run again. Jeri
