Angie-Sweating is a good way to release tears through our bodies-just keep running. Wish I was here Saturday to run with all of you. Will be thinking of you when as we drive through Hannibal around 4:30 am Saturday morning.
Angie, glad to hear you're keeping up with the runs - good therapy! Doug has us meeting same place, same time. Does that work for all? Jeri, how many are you running? JR
6 am @ Washington Park is the start with Doug's group. I didn't spend much time looking at the map so not sure of the route but also don't feel the need to necessarily stick with Doug's route. My schedule for the marathon, that I haven't even registered for, is 20 miles. I have had alot of pain in my left leg - not sure what it is - so don't know if it will hold out for 20. At this point I plan to come in early, get it 4-6 miles then join the group at Washington Park and hoping for open bathrooms! Angie, so glad you will be joining us. Running is cheap therapy :) Jeri
My plan is to meet you @6 but I'll only be going 6 at most and it may be a run/walk. Heading to Spfld by 9:30 and have Hayden overnight so will probably miss coffee. Have only done a couple 2 mile runs recently. Time to kick her in gear!
Sole sisters-Angie-do you need us to drive by your house and honk as we will be going through Hannibal about 4:30 am.
Jeri and FYI for others-my Mom heart cath resulted in 3 blockages of which stents were put in 2 of them today and she will have to go back in a few weeks for the 3rd. Due to her age they were concerned about the amount of dye and the strain on her kidneys. Dr E told us it was a very dangerous procedure but he knew he could do it. He's a bit confident in himself and it's a concern that she still has one to go. He said she should feel much better.
cheryl-glad to hear you are back in the saddle. The sole sisters (Angie's idea) are leaving me in the dust.
Excited to see Melissa. Wal Mart had Halloween sleepers so I got a couple with pumpkins because they have a website for the baby called ourlilpumpkin.

Sorry to say I didn't make it out of the saddle this morning Cindy. Needed you to run with for me to make 6 miles. Going to try tomorrow afternoon.
Hope the run went well for the rest of you!
